Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the colorectal surgery programme, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and standards.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to schedule surgeries, manage patient flow, and optimize resource allocation.
- Develop and implement patient care pathways and clinical guidelines for colorectal surgery services.
- Monitor and evaluate programme performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Organize and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and programme developments.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to programme activities, patient outcomes, and compliance requirements.
- Assist in the planning and execution of training programmes and workshops for healthcare staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare coordination, preferably in a surgical or colorectal specialty.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment, with a collaborative and patient-centered approach.
- Knowledge of clinical guidelines, healthcare regulations, and quality improvement processes.
- Proficiency in using healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, international healthcare setting.
