Responsibility
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing warm, professional, and empathetic assistance.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with privacy regulations.

- Assist in administrative tasks, including billing, insurance verification, and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in patient relations, customer service, or healthcare administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and healthcare software (e.g., EMR systems).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
