Responsibility
- Lead and supervise clinic staff, including nurses, administrative personnel, and support teams, to ensure high standards of patient care and operational efficiency.
- Oversee daily clinic operations, including appointment scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation, to optimize productivity and service quality.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance clinic performance, compliance, and patient satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage clinic budgets, expenses, and financial performance, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining quality standards.
- Drive patient engagement initiatives, including feedback collection, service improvements, and community outreach programs.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and ethical standards.
- Identify opportunities for clinic growth, including new services, partnerships, or expansion strategies, and present recommendations to senior management.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in clinic management, healthcare administration, or a similar leadership role within a medical setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and process improvement.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in patient care and clinic operations.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software, electronic health records (EHR), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Outstanding communication skills in English (written and verbal) to interact effectively with staff, patients, and stakeholders.
