Responsibility
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing clear and empathetic communication throughout their healthcare journey.
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, procedures, and follow-ups with precision and efficiency.
- Liaise between patients, medical staff, and administrative teams to ensure seamless care delivery and information flow.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Address patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly, resolving issues to enhance satisfaction and trust.
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals to meet individual needs.
- Monitor patient progress and provide updates to relevant stakeholders, ensuring continuity of care.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions to optimize patient experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare, administrative, or customer service role, preferably in a medical or clinical setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to multitask in a high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a patient-centered approach to care coordination.
- Proficiency in using healthcare management software, electronic health records (EHR), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic healthcare procedures is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
