Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clientsâ physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve clientsâ independence in daily activities.
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions tailored to diverse age groups and conditions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, physiotherapists, and social workers, to ensure holistic care.
- Educate clients and their families on adaptive techniques, assistive devices, and home modifications.
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports for case reviews.
- Stay updated with the latest occupational therapy research and best practices.
- Participate in community outreach programs to raise awareness about occupational health.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid licensure or registration as an Occupational Therapist (local or international, with eligibility to practice in Indonesia).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in occupational therapy, preferably in diverse settings (e.g., hospitals, rehabilitation centers, schools).
- Strong knowledge of anatomical, physiological, and psychological principles related to occupational therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and teams.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced, multicultural environments.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Commitment to ethical practice and patient-centered care.
