Responsibility
- Perform a variety of aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to Botox, fillers, laser treatments, and chemical peels.
- Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess needs, provide recommendations, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Ensure the highest standards of patient safety, hygiene, and care throughout all procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment details and follow-up care instructions.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine and incorporate new techniques and technologies into practice.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient experiences and optimal treatment outcomes.
- Provide post-treatment care and advice to patients to ensure satisfactory results and minimize complications.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to enhance the clinic's reputation and attract new clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine from an accredited institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia.
- At least 1 year of experience in the aesthetics industry, with a proven track record of performing aesthetic procedures.
- Proficiency in a wide range of aesthetic treatments and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and participate in continuous professional development.
