Responsibility
- Provide warm and professional frontline customer service to patients and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communications with accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and managing financial transactions.
- Assist patients with inquiries related to physiotherapy services, insurance coverage, and billing procedures.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with hospital policies.
- Coordinate with physiotherapists and medical staff to optimize patient flow and minimize wait times.
- Resolve patient concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues as needed.
- Support administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and inventory management of front-desk supplies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare administration, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages, especially Bahasa Indonesia, are a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with healthcare management software.
