Responsibility
- Dispense medications accurately and safely in accordance with hospital protocols and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and healthcare teams to review and optimize patient medication regimens.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of essential medications and supplies.
- Provide clinical pharmacy services, including patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, and interactions.
- Oversee pharmacy operations, including compliance with regulatory standards and quality assurance procedures.
- Participate in clinical rounds and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions on patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with hospital policies.
- Stay updated on the latest pharmaceutical advancements and best practices to enhance patient care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Valid pharmacist license to practice in Indonesia or eligibility to obtain one.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, drug interactions, and clinical pharmacology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and electronic health record systems.
