Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with appointment scheduling, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Provide accurate and empathetic information about healthcare services, procedures, and facilities.
- Maintain detailed and confidential patient records in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with medical staff and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient experiences.
- Resolve patient concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Follow up with patients to confirm appointments, gather feedback, and address any post-service queries.
- Utilize CRM systems to log interactions, track patient journeys, and generate reports for process improvements.
- Stay updated on healthcare policies, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to callers.
Qualifications
- Minimum diploma in any field; degrees in Healthcare Administration, Communications, or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, call centre operations, or healthcare support roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is advantageous.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic data entry tools.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to ensure 24/7 patient support.
