Responsibility
- Teach Taekwondo classes to students of varying ages and skill levels.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that focus on technique, discipline, and physical fitness.
- Provide individualized instruction and feedback to help students improve their skills.
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for all students.
- Organize and participate in Taekwondo demonstrations, competitions, and events.
- Monitor student progress and communicate with parents or guardians as needed.
- Assist in the maintenance of training equipment and facilities.
- Promote the values of respect, perseverance, and self-control through Taekwondo training.
Qualifications
- Certification in Taekwondo (e.g., Kukkiwon, ITF, or equivalent).
- Previous experience teaching Taekwondo, especially to children, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for martial arts and a commitment to student development.
- First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
