Responsibility
- Conduct engaging and structured Taekwondo classes for children and teens of varying skill levels.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate training programs that focus on technique, discipline, and physical fitness.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student growth and confidence.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during training sessions.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to organize events, competitions, and demonstrations.
- Maintain a clean and organized training facility, ensuring all equipment is in good condition.
- Promote the values of respect, perseverance, and teamwork through martial arts training.
Qualifications
- Certification in Taekwondo (e.g., Kukkiwon Dan certification) or equivalent martial arts qualification.
- Previous experience teaching Taekwondo or martial arts to children and teens.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and parents.
- Ability to create and adapt training programs for different age groups and skill levels.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- Passion for martial arts and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
