Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the padel facility, including court scheduling, staff management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement operational policies to enhance efficiency, safety, and member satisfaction.
- Manage inventory of equipment, pro shop merchandise, and facility supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to promote events, tournaments, and membership drives to boost engagement.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue tracking, expense management, and budget adherence.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, maintaining a high standard of service excellence.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure courts, locker rooms, and common areas are well-maintained.
- Train and mentor staff, fostering a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in sports, recreation, or hospitality industries.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams of 10+ staff members effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle high-volume, dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian, are a plus).
- Proficiency in POS systems, booking software, and basic financial reporting tools.
- Passion for padel tennis or racket sports, with a deep understanding of the community’s needs.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach to service delivery.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by operational demands.
