Responsibility
- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate music lessons in piano, guitar, drums, and early childhood music.
- Develop personalized lesson plans tailored to students’ skill levels and learning styles.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity and confidence.
- Prepare students for recitals, exams, and performances with structured practice routines.
- Collaborate with parents to track progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize and participate in school events, workshops, and community outreach programs.
- Maintain up-to-date records of student attendance, progress, and achievements.
- Stay current with music education trends and incorporate innovative teaching methods.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in music education (formal or private).
- Proficiency in at least two of the following: Piano, Guitar, Drums, or Early Childhood Music.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students of all ages.
- Familiarity with music theory, sight-reading, and performance techniques.
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for fostering a love of music.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if required.
- Relevant certification (e.g., ABRSM, Trinity, or equivalent) is preferred but not mandatory.
