Responsibility
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that align with our curriculum and educational goals.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
- Assess and monitor each child’s progress, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians.
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive activities, storytelling, and play-based learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to organize school events, field trips, and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents, addressing any concerns and celebrating milestones.
- Uphold Islamic values and teachings in daily interactions and lessons, in line with our school’s ethos.
- Ensure the classroom is well-organized, clean, and equipped with necessary learning materials.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (advantageous).
- Must be a Muslimah with a strong understanding of Islamic values and teachings.
- Previous experience working with young children in a classroom or childcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Creative, patient, and enthusiastic with a genuine passion for early childhood education.
- Own transport is required due to the location of our schools across Bali.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
- First Aid certification or willingness to obtain one is a plus.
