Responsibility
- Oversee the daily operations of the Enrichment Centre, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of educators and support staff to deliver high-quality educational programs.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the centre's offerings and achieve organizational goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of enrichment programs, making data-driven improvements as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and the local community to foster a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Manage the centre's budget, resources, and facilities to optimize operational efficiency.
- Organize and promote events, workshops, and activities that enhance the learning experience and community engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within an educational or enrichment centre setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
