Responsibility
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards and Islamic values.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Encourage creative expression through art, music, storytelling, and play-based learning activities.
- Assess and monitor each childās progress, providing personalized feedback to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with colleagues to organize school events, field trips, and extracurricular activities that enhance learning.
- Incorporate Islamic teachings and moral values into daily lessons and interactions.
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their childās development and classroom activities.
- Uphold classroom discipline through positive reinforcement and conflict resolution strategies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorās Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Education, or a related field (advantageous).
- Muslimah with a strong understanding of Islamic principles and values.
- Proven experience as a Kindergarten or Preschool Teacher (fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply).
- Own transport is required (no accommodation provided).
- Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills with a passion for working with young children.
- Ability to plan, organize, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to diverse learning styles.
- Strong character, integrity, and a nurturing demeanor to serve as a positive role model.
- Familiarity with Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or other modern ECE methodologies is a plus.
