Little Caliphs International is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator (Kindergarten Teacher) to join our vibrant team in Bali, Indonesia. Based in one of Bali’s most dynamic regions—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, or Kuta—you’ll work in a collaborative setting where creativity and Islamic values go hand in hand. Own transport is required, as accommodation is not provided.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement age-appropriate, Islamic-integrated lesson plans for kindergarten students.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that fosters learning and growth.
- Assess and monitor students’ social, emotional, and academic progress, providing feedback to parents.
- Incorporate play-based and interactive teaching methods to enhance engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to organize school events, field trips, and extracurricular activities.
- Uphold Islamic values and ethics in all teaching practices and student interactions.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child’s development.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and behavioral observations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (preferred).
- Muslimah with a strong understanding of Islamic principles and values.
- Proven experience in early childhood teaching or a similar role (fresh graduates with passion are encouraged to apply).
- Own transportation (mandatory, as accommodation is not provided).
- Excellent communication, patience, and classroom management skills.
- Creative, energetic, and able to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
- Familiarity with Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or other modern ECE methodologies is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (Arabic is an advantage).
