Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso, pour-over, and specialty drinks, with precision and care.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a memorable experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including grinders, espresso machines, and brewing tools.
- Educate customers about coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and tracking coffee bean levels.
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive and efficient work environment.
- Uphold BRWN Coffeeâs brand values and commitment to excellence in every cup.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is a plus, but not requiredâwe provide training!
- Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about brewing techniques and trends.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of coffee equipment and maintenance is beneficial.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Fluency in English is preferred; knowledge of Indonesian is a bonus.
