Responsibility
- Lead and facilitate interactive activities, games, and entertainment sessions for guests of all ages.
- Act as the primary point of contact for event bookings, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
- Maintain a high-energy, positive, and professional environment throughout the duration of every shift.
- Coordinate with operations and catering teams to ensure event timelines and guest expectations are met.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any on-site issues with a customer-centric and solution-oriented approach.
- Promote upcoming events and services to enhance guest engagement and loyalty.
- Ensure that all event areas are clean, organized, and set up according to company branding standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality, events, entertainment, or a related customer-facing role.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in front of large groups.
- High level of energy, enthusiasm, and a natural flair for public speaking and performance.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle fast-paced environments with a smile.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English; additional languages are a significant advantage.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
