Responsibility
- Perform daily warehouse duties including picking, packing, and receiving spare parts.
- Assist Parts Executives in managing inventory levels and conducting regular stock takes.
- Ensure all parts are correctly labeled, organized, and stored according to company warehouse management procedures.
- Process incoming shipments and verify delivery documentation for accuracy.
- Prepare spare parts for dispatch to service technicians and external customers.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment compliant with OSH standards.
- Support administrative tasks related to stock movement records and system updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in warehousing, inventory management, or parts store operations is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for inventory logging and data entry.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving parts boxes safely.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to commit to a contract-based position in Kota Kemuning.
