Responsibility
- Assist senior sales staff in identifying, sourcing, and selling spare parts for heavy equipment.
- Learn and maintain an in-depth knowledge of product catalogs, part numbers, and compatibility.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues.
- Support inventory management by tracking stock levels, coordinating with warehouses, and ensuring timely restocking.
- Prepare and process sales documentation, including quotes, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Participate in training sessions to develop technical and sales skills related to heavy equipment parts.
- Collaborate with the service and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
- Contribute to sales reports and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, Sales, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong interest in heavy equipment, machinery, or automotive parts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Willingness to commit to a 2-year bond as part of the training program.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced workplace.
- Prior internship or work experience in sales, customer service, or inventory management is a plus.
