Responsibility
- Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with airlines, financial institutions, merchants, and event organizers to enhance our travel services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual growth and long-term collaboration.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to integrate partner offerings into our service portfolio.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Represent Gladex Travel And Tours Corp at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and forge new connections.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports on partnership activities, achievements, and areas for improvement to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluency in English; additional languages, particularly Indonesian or other Southeast Asian languages, are a plus.
