Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify potential merchants and community partners for strategic collaborations.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to expand BPR KS’s network and enhance business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including merchants, community leaders, and business associations.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with the company’s goals and compliance standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and community engagements to promote brand visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of partnership initiatives into business operations.
- Prepare and present reports on partnership activities, market trends, and business development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or a similar role, preferably in the financial sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and identify strategic opportunities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools for managing partnerships and reporting.
- Knowledge of the local business landscape in Bali and surrounding regions is a plus.
