Responsibility
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified container trailer drivers to meet operational demands in Bali.
- Conduct thorough background checks and verify licenses, certifications, and driving records of potential hires.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to assess driver availability and assign routes for optimal efficiency.
- Ensure all recruited drivers comply with company safety standards, traffic regulations, and vehicle maintenance protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of driver recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor driver performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and adherence to schedules.
- Collaborate with HR and operations to address driver-related issues, including training needs or disciplinary actions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor laws, and best practices in driver recruitment and logistics management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in driver recruitment, logistics, or a related field, preferably in container transport.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring commercial drivers (Class A/B licenses preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and familiarity with Bali’s logistics routes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with drivers, partners, and internal teams.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, recruitment software) and willingness to learn new tools.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; additional local dialects are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license (preferably for heavy vehicles) and a clean driving record.
