Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily fleet operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on vehicles to uphold safety and performance standards.
- Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle utilization, and maintenance schedules to optimize fleet productivity.
- Train and mentor fleet technicians and drivers on best practices and safety protocols.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to procure parts, repairs, and other fleet-related services.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and operational costs.
- Respond to breakdowns and emergencies, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution.
- Implement and enforce environmental and regulatory compliance standards for fleet operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or automotive maintenance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in using fleet management software and tools.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
