As a Motorized Messenger, you will be the backbone of our logistics operations, responsible for the timely and secure transportation of critical documents, packages, and materials. Responsibility
- Safely and efficiently transport documents, packages, and materials between designated locations in Bali using a company-provided or personal motorcycle.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed on time while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including pickup/drop-off times, recipient signatures, and any issues encountered.
- Inspect and verify the condition of all items before and after transportation to prevent damage or loss.
- Communicate proactively with dispatchers and clients to confirm delivery details and resolve any logistical challenges.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the motorcycle to ensure it is in optimal working condition.
- Handle sensitive or confidential documents with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing items as needed to streamline the delivery process.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a messenger, courier, or in a similar logistics role (preferably in Bali).
- Ownership of a reliable motorcycle (or willingness to use a company-provided vehicle).
- Strong knowledge of Bali’s roads, traffic patterns, and shortcuts, particularly in Badung and surrounding areas.
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries efficiently.
- Physical stamina to handle long hours of riding and lifting packages (up to 20 kg).
- Basic English proficiency to communicate with clients and team members.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail.
