Responsibility
- Operate and maintain company trucks in compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Transport goods, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently to designated locations across Bali.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety, fuel levels, and mechanical soundness.
- Load and unload cargo securely, verifying contents against shipping documents to prevent discrepancies.
- Follow optimized routes to ensure on-time deliveries while minimizing fuel consumption and travel time.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, distances traveled, and fuel usage as per company and regulatory requirements.
- Report any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or delays immediately to the logistics coordinator.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients and warehouse staff during pickups and deliveries.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian Class A or B driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a professional truck driver, preferably in logistics or freight transport.
- Familiarity with Bali’s roads, traffic patterns, and delivery routes is a strong advantage.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and perform physically demanding tasks as needed.
- Strong time-management skills with a commitment to meeting delivery deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting common mechanical issues.
- Excellent communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as required.
