Responsibility

  • Partner Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute regional strategies to onboard, train, and scale DocuSign partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Revenue Optimization: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive partner profitability through service expansion, upselling, and co-selling initiatives.
  • Solution Enablement: Equip partners with the tools, training, and resources needed to deliver high-value DocuSign solutions to their clients.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partner programs with DocuSign’s global vision.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, providing data-driven insights to refine strategies.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscapes to position DocuSign as the leader in digital agreement solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners, acting as their trusted advisor.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: 5+ years in partner management, business development, or sales within the SaaS, tech, or digital solutions industry.
  • Asia-Pacific Expertise: Deep understanding of the Asian market, with a track record of success in regional partner ecosystems.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and implement scalable partner programs that drive measurable business growth.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with e-signature, digital contracts, or cloud-based solutions (DocuSign experience is a plus).
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
