Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the music studio, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollment and retention.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with local schools, community centers, and event organizers to promote studio programs.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, revenue tracking, and expense management.

- Ensure high standards of customer service and student satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the headquarters to align local operations with company-wide goals and policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Music, Arts Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in education, music, or retail.
