Responsibility
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry analysis.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s client base and revenue streams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging markets to stay ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for the company.
- Track and report on business development performance metrics, including lead generation and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of identifying and closing new business deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
