Responsibility
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship-building with potential partners and clients in Bali’s tech and enterprise sectors.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth, including market analysis, competitive research, and go-to-market plans.
- Negotiate and close high-value partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align business objectives and deliver integrated solutions.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Represent Ivonesia Data Solutions at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in the tech, data, or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing high-value deals or partnerships.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience working in Bali or familiarity with the local business ecosystem is highly desirable.
