Responsibility

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of partner accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Coordinate end-to-end partner onboarding, including training, documentation, and system setup.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, providing actionable insights to drive improvements.
  • Resolve operational and technical challenges for partners in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase partner engagement and revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to align partner needs with company objectives.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in partner management, account management, or sales within SaaS, fintech, or B2B sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing client/partner relationships and driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and financial software is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills (e.g., Balinese) are advantageous.
