Responsibility
- Manage and grow a portfolio of partner accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Coordinate end-to-end partner onboarding, including training, documentation, and system setup.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, providing actionable insights to drive improvements.
- Resolve operational and technical challenges for partners in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase partner engagement and revenue generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to align partner needs with company objectives.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in partner management, account management, or sales within SaaS, fintech, or B2B sectors.
- Proven track record of managing client/partner relationships and driving business growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and financial software is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills (e.g., Balinese) are advantageous.
