Responsibility
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to specified requirements
- Verify order details and quantities to ensure 100% accuracy before shipment
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse work areas to support efficient operations
- Assist with inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks) following safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing and shipping targets
- Follow established procedures for handling, storing, and moving products
- Assist in receiving and unloading incoming shipments as needed
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations or previous experience in packing/logistics (preferred but not required)
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 15kg for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic numeracy skills for counting and verifying inventory
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Basic English communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia fluency is a plus)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
