Responsibility
- Coordinate and supervise daily hub operations, including sorting, dispatching, and receiving of packages for both last-mile and first-mile activities.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain service quality and efficiency.
- Liaise with delivery partners, vendors, and internal teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and improve turnaround times.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery success rates, hub productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Implement process improvements to streamline workflows and reduce operational delays.
- Manage inventory of hub supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for smooth operations.
- Conduct regular audits and report discrepancies to management with actionable recommendations.
- Train and mentor hub staff to uphold Shopee’s service standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hub operations, warehouse management, or logistics coordination.
- Strong knowledge of last-mile and first-mile logistics processes in e-commerce or express delivery.
- Proficient in using logistics management software (e.g., WMS, TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and local market dynamics is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
