Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Manage and process logistics documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs forms.
- Resolve shipment claims and discrepancies with carriers and clients.
- Maintain and update operational reports for logistics performance tracking.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to optimize supply chain processes.
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations.
- Assist in inventory management and warehouse coordination as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing logistics-related inquiries promptly.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in shift hours and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping procedures is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
