Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day hub operations, including first-mile (inbound) and last-mile (outbound) logistics activities to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Coordinate with drivers, warehouse teams, and third-party logistics partners to optimize route planning and resource allocation.
- Monitor shipment tracking, resolve discrepancies, and escalate issues to minimize delays and improve service quality.
- Manage hub inventory, including sorting, scanning, and documenting packages to maintain accuracy and compliance with Shopeeâs standards.
- Generate and analyze operational reports to identify bottlenecks, propose process improvements, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements in all hub activities.
- Provide training and guidance to hub staff to uphold performance standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with customer support teams to address delivery-related inquiries and enhance the end-to-end customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in using logistics software, MS Office (Excel, Word), and basic data entry tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to liaise effectively with teams and external partners.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail and process optimization.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, to support operational demands.
- Physical stamina to handle manual tasks such as lifting packages (up to 15kg) and standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with e-commerce logistics or last-mile delivery operations is a plus.
