Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with a professional demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, including special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets establishment standards.
- Monitor guest needs and respond to requests for refills, condiments, or additional services.
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including table settings and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus).
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior hospitality experience is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods and carry trays or plates.
- Neat, professional appearance adhering to company dress code.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
