Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, including special requests or dietary restrictions, and relay them efficiently to the kitchen.
- Serve dishes and drinks promptly, adhering to restaurant standards for presentation and timing.
- Monitor guest needs throughout their visit, proactively addressing requests or concerns to enhance satisfaction.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions with integrity.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience and contribute to revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a waiter/waitress or customer service role (preferably in restaurants or hotels).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and order-taking procedures.
- Neat, professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards.
