Responsibility
- Provide attentive, personalized service to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in dining areas.
- Assist in setting up tables, arranging decorations, and preparing for special events.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume or luxury establishment (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Strong multitasking abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic cash handling.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic understanding of wine, food pairing, and menu descriptions.
- Indonesian work permit (for non-local applicants) or eligibility to work in Bali.
