Responsibility
- Welcome and assist visitors with ticket purchases, inquiries, and attraction information in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide accurate, up-to-date details about Sentosa’s offerings, promotions, and special events.
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems and digital tools while maintaining cash handling accuracy.
- Resolve guest concerns or escalate issues to management with a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting ticketing area that reflects Sentosa’s brand standards.
- Gather and share guest feedback to help improve services and visitor experiences.
- Stay informed about new attractions, packages, and policies to provide the best recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-first mindset.
- Comfortable working with technology, including POS systems and mobile devices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
- Outgoing, energetic personality with a passion for creating positive guest interactions.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transactions.
- Familiarity with Bali’s tourism industry or willingness to learn quickly.
