Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage venue bookings, ensuring optimal utilization and client satisfaction.
- Liaise with clients to understand event requirements and provide tailored venue solutions.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver seamless events.
- Monitor venue maintenance and cleanliness, addressing any issues promptly to uphold brand reputation.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance venue appeal and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist in marketing initiatives to promote venues and attract high-profile events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in venue management, event coordination, or hospitality operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by event schedules.
- Familiarity with Bali's hospitality landscape and cultural nuances is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is advantageous.
