Responsibility
- Deliver high-quality, interactive STEM lessons (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) to students of varying ages and proficiency levels.
- Develop and adapt customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum goals and student needs.
- Utilize hands-on teaching methods, including experiments, coding exercises, and project-based learning.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with fellow tutors and academic staff to enhance teaching strategies and share best practices.
- Maintain a positive, encouraging classroom environment that fosters curiosity and confidence.
- Stay updated on emerging STEM trends and integrate relevant, real-world examples into lessons.

Qualifications
