Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries, product locations, and purchases.
- Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle cash and digital payments.
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a tidy and visually appealing store layout.
- Monitor inventory levels, report low stock, and assist in receiving and unpacking new deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with store policies, including health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean workspace.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to a positive shopping experience.
- Participate in promotional activities, such as setting up displays and assisting with in-store events.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights (up to 10 kg), and perform repetitive tasks.
