Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product locations, and purchase decisions.
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and manage cash accurately.
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the store is clean and presentable.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to the store manager.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Assist in promotional activities and in-store displays to attract customers.
- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain safety and security standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to scheduled shifts.
