Responsibility
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service at all times
- Take and process orders accurately using POS systems
- Prepare and assemble food items according to Guzman Y Gomez standards
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, counter, and kitchen workspace
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Handle cash and card transactions with precision and integrity
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during peak hours
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or retail is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and a customer-first mindset
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
