Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Train and develop staff to maintain high service and operational standards.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement promotions and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
