Responsibility
- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, personalized service to enhance their experience.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and bakery items according to brand standards.
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales.
- Ensure the outlet is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Assist in restocking products, monitoring inventory levels, and reporting shortages.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional service.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or as a barista is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and procedures.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
