Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Implement promotional strategies and sales initiatives to drive revenue and enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct regular staff performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for growth.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in alignment with local and company policies.
- Assist in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality, retail, or F&B industry.
- Proven track record of leading teams, improving operational efficiency, and driving sales growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, POS systems, and financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
