Responsibility
- Assist with customer service, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently to ensure a steady supply of clean dishes, utensils, and glassware.
- Support baristas and chefs with basic food preparation and plating tasks as needed.
- Restock supplies, such as napkins, cutlery, and condiments, to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and provide excellent service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a well-organized and efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance requirements.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality, café, or restaurant environment is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong work ethic and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg.
