Responsibility
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to expand the customer base.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling pitches and product demonstrations tailored to client needs, highlighting the benefits of our outsourcing solutions.
- Lead Qualification: Assess and prioritize leads based on budget, authority, and fit to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by closing deals and upselling additional services.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to foster loyalty and identify upsell opportunities.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
- CRM Management: Accurately log all interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in B2B sales, telesales, or customer service, preferably in outsourcing or SaaS industries.
- Excellent Communication: Fluent in English (written and verbal) with a clear, persuasive, and professional demeanor.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and virtual communication platforms (Zoom, Teams).
- Results-Oriented: Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas with a hunter mentality.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage a high-volume pipeline, and work independently in a remote setting.
- Customer-Centric: Strong listening skills and a commitment to understanding client pain points.
- Adaptability: Comfortable with change and able to pivot strategies based on market feedback.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
